To my understanding, to become an accountant is quite easy, all is needed – just to take an accounting course. To become a good accountant is much more difficult, because beside necessary knowledge the one needs experience and a good mathematical logic. To become an accountant of your level I would say is almost impossible. Too many skills and abilities have to be combined in one person. Scrupulousness of a math teacher to sort out provided information, poignant wit to put it in the right order, skill in art to create a very demonstrative and convincing presentation, and most important, a diplomat proficiency to win an argument over opposing viewpoint.
The final presentation for CRA which you did yesterday, I would call a real art work! You may remember that one time I used to work as CEO in the large company with 2500 employees and during that time I had a lot of different reports and presentations from various company departments made for me on my request. And I must say I never saw anything so well done!
I know you and work with you since 2001 and I never ever questioned my decision to ask you to be my accountant. The audit you just have helped me to withstand once again proved me right!
